Return & Refund Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit. Please ensure that items and any accompanying packaging are in good condition before sending them over. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded to your bank accounts with-in 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I received my order, but there's a problem! What do I do?

If your order is damaged or defective, please send us an email at salesgmaxinc@gmail.com. Kindly include a photo of the damaged item as well. We will make sure to replace it for you at no extra cost.

*Due to high volume of orders, there may be potential delays in deliveries of replacement item.
